Christmas Morning Murder in Elkins Park
Man killed while wrapping presents; Police seek 'armed and dangerous' suspect

A man was shot and killed in the early hours of Christmas morning while wrapping presents with friends at his Beech Avenue home in Elkins Park, the Montgomery County District Attorney's office said Tuesday.
Robens Borno, 25, was shot multiple times in the dining room shortly before 2 a.m. Sunday. He was rushed to Albert Einstein Hospital in Philadelphia, but died from his injuries.
Police are looking for Rayshon Carwheel, 24, in connection with the killing. Authorities did not provide a photo of Carwheel, who is said to be "armed and dangerous."

According to police, Carwheel's former girlfriend and the mother of his child broke up with him earlier this month and became involved in a relationship with Borno.
At the time of the shooting, Borno, his girlfriend, and her mother were wrapping Christmas presents at the dining room table. Carwheel and another individual, identified as Ezra Childs, "appeared in the room with guns," authorities said. Carwheel then fired multiple shots at Borno with what authorities described as a black handgun.
