George Wrigley, the new Director of Wastewater Utilities, will explain how Sandy Run, which originates in Commissioner Hecker's ward, was chosen for the site-- and give us a tour of the facilities. Park at the treatment plant on Fitzwatertown Road between Susquehanna Road and North Hills Avenue.
