Couples Who Box Together Stay Together

iLoveKickboxing - Jenkintown Owners Penny & Jeff Toren Welcome National Franchise's Founding Couple to Celebrate Year Two on February 23

Jenkintown, PA...When Penny and Jeff Toren experienced their first kickboxing class, they loved the sport so much that they decided they wanted to open their own studio. Rather than start from scratch, they learned about a franchise opportunity with iLoveKickboxing and set their sights on available studio space at the intersection of Greenwood Avenue and Old York Road in Jenkintown. That studio opened in February of 2017.

With iLoveKickboxing, the dynamic workouts of professional fighters are made accessible to every man and woman looking to get fit, tone up, and take charge of their life. iLoveKickboxing Jenkintown is fortunate to have a professional boxer among its staff, making the “training for the fight” experience even more authentic.

The iLoveKickboxing model emphasizes community, fun, and expert support for long-lasting results. People of all ages, body types and fitness levels don wraps and gloves with their “fitness fam” mornings, afternoons, evenings or weekends, depending on each boxer’s schedule.

While celebrating with its loyal members would be wonderful enough, iLoveKickboxing- Jenkintown has just learned that corporate founders of iLoveKickboxing – Michael and Teresa Oxford Parrella - will be joining them at the Member Appreciation Party. They will share their inspirational story of entrepreneurship.

iLoveKickboxing has been ranked #5 Entrepreneur Magazine Best New Franchises 2016, featured as the #196 spot of Entrepreneurs top franchises (out of 3,500 worldwide) 2017, ranked #314 on the Inc. 5000 list 2018, and has no plans of slowing down.

The Torens have no plans to slow down either. In fact, they are negotiating a lease for their second Montgomery County location.
