District to Conduct Tours of Sandy Run

Tours scheduled for July 6th and 10th

As the School District of Upper Dublin moves forward with its consideration of options for facility improvements at Sandy Run Middle School, the public is invited to tour the middle school in

July. The tours will allow the public to see the conditions that have
necessitated the development of a facilities improvement plan.

The guided tours will take place
July 6, 2017, at 8:00 AM and 11:00 AM and July 10, 2017, at 6:00 PM and 7:15
PM. They are being offered as part of the work of the Sandy Run Middle School
Project Review Committee. Additional tours will be scheduled throughout the
summer and fall.

Attendees should meet at the designated time
in the lobby of Sandy Run’s Main Building. Tours will include both the Main
Building and the Annex and will take an hour to complete. The school is
located at 520 Twining Road, Dresher.

The public is also invited to
attend the next meeting of the Sandy Run Project Review Committee on July
12 at 6:00 PM in the Cardinal Room at UDHS, 800 Loch Alsh Ave., Fort
Washington. Agendas, minutes and
exhibits from all meetings are posted on the District website at UDSD.org.
