Eastern Montco Man Committed Election Fraud, Cast Multiple Votes: Feds
Federal officials said the Huntingdon Valley man cast votes in three different counties in 2020, and two in 2022.
HUNTINGDON VALLEY, PA —An Eastern Montgomery County man registered to vote and cast votes in numerous locations during the same election, federal authorities said.
Philip C. Pulley, 62, of Huntingdon Valley, has been charged with election fraud, falsely registering to vote, double voting, and related crimes, authorities said.
He faces a maximum of three to five years behind bars, three years of probation, and up to a $250,000 fine. A trial date will be scheduled soon.

Pulley, who was registered to vote in his Montgomery County home, also registered to vote in Broward County, Florida, in 2018, according to authorities.
He then added a third voter registration in Philadelphia County in 2020, the U.S. Attorney's Office in the Eastern District of Pennsylvania said.

To register in Philly, he used a fake home address and fake social security number.
In 2020, Pulley cast three ballots all told, and then in 2022, he cast two, in Philadelphia and Montgomery counties, federal officials said.
The FBI and the Pennsylvania Attorney General’s Office led the investigation.
