Eastern Montco Man Faces 5 Years For Election Fraud: Feds
The man faces five years behind bars after registering to vote in Montgomery County, Philadelphia, and Florida, officials said.
EASTERN MONTGOMERY COUNTY, PA —A Huntingdon Valley man who registered to vote in three counties as part of an election fraud scheme now faces at least several years behind bars if convicted of charges, federal authorities said.
Philip C. Pulley, 62, of Huntingdon Valley, has been charged with election fraud, falsely registering to vote, double voting, and related crimes.
Pulley faces up to five years behind bars, authorities said.

Pulley, who was registered to vote in his home in Montgomery County, also registered to vote in Broward County, Florida in 2018, according to authorities.
He then added a third voter registration in Philadelphia County in 2020, the U.S. Attorney's Office in the eastern district of Pennsylvania said. To register in Philly, he used a fake home address and fake social security number.

In 2020, Pulley cast three ballots all told, and then in 2022, he cast two, in Philadelphia and Montgomery counties, federal authorities said.
He faces a maximum of three to five years behind bars, three years of probation, and up to a $250,000 fine.
The FBI and the Pennsylvania Attorney General’s Office led the investigation. The trial date will be scheduled shortly.
