Edge Hill Road Closing Weekdays For Aqua Pennsylvania Work

ABINGTON TOWNSHIP, PA — Edge Hill Road in Abington will be closed through late February due to Aqua Pennsylvania work.

PennDOT said water main work will close the road Monday, Feb. 13 through Friday, Feb 24.

The closure will be in place only on weekdays.

Closure hours are from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m.

The affected portion of Edge Hill Road is between Butler Avenue and Rockwell Road.

Drivers will be detoured to Rockwell, Old Welsh, and Edge Hill roads.

Local access will be maintained up to the work zone.

Drivers are advised to allow extra time when traveling near the work area because backups and delays will occur.

All scheduled activities are weather dependent.
