Leading Women Symposium and Golf Experience

Montgomery County Community College will celebrate women's leadership in the workplace, June 2, at the 7th Annual Leading Women Symposium and Golf Experience.

Held at Blue Bell Country Club, the event will benefit the college's Foundation in support of career and leadership development programs for women.

The day kicks off with a brunch symposium at 10:30 a.m., featuring keynote speaker Lynn M. Utter, president and COO of Knoll North America.

Experienced golfer are invited to play in the Leading Women Invitational at 1 p.m. Teams will complete an 18-hole, informal team scramble.

For beginner golfers, the event includes a "Leading Women" introduction to the game. Players will receive basic game training by noted PGA and LPGA teaching professionals.

The event will also include a Business Expo, in conjunction with the Women-Owned Business Network, featuring the businesses, products and services of various members. The symposium concludes with a cocktail reception and awards banquet at 4:30 p.m.
