The Jenkintown Community Band (JCB) proudly presents “Love, Latin, Live” Concert. Music selections include Latin dance music, and such favorites as the Broadway musical “West Side Story” in a variety of Latin, jazz, swing, and big band arrangements.
These special musical events are free and open to the public with donations appreciated. JCB is an inter-generational organization including junior high, high school and adult members, ranging in age from 13 to over 60.
The Jenkintown Community Concert Band was founded in 2008 to offer a musical outlet for, and to bring together, a broad variety of musicians with different abilities and experiences. New members are welcome! The Jenkintown Community Band is a project supported in part by the Immaculate Conception School of the Archdiocese of Philadelphia.
