As the premier support group in the Phila area for people with depression, bipolar disorder and their loved ones, we meet the first, third and fifth Tuesdays of the month.

Learn from your peers how to take c/o yourself and enjoy the good life. Most people w/ these treatable brain illnesses can be productive members of society.

Medication, therapy and lifestyle changes are imperative.

On the third Tuesday of the month we have a guest speaker. On Tuesday nite we'll host Maxine Katz of Jewish Employment Vocational Service talking about how to get a job in these lean economic times.

After her talk, we'll meet in our small group discussions - family members in one room, patients in another.
