After all the great feedback from you and other neighbors at the last Penbryn Park Master Plan Committee meeting on June 13th, we are ready for follow-up meeting. The meeting will be held at Hunter's Field House (in Penbryn Park) on Tuesday, August 9th at 7 PM. Land Concepts Inc., the land planner hired by Abington Township to write the plan, has heard our feedback and has some good ideas to share.
Remember this process only involves having a master plan for the park in place when and if funding becomes available from the county, PA or Federal government's. This way we will be ready. Currently there is no funding for any of the proposed concepts.
Please pass this invite along to your neighbors and friends that use the park. As always this meeting is open to the public and anyone can attend.
