Fill A Bagel Celebrates 30 Years In Jenkintown
The bagel shop on Old York Road will offer birthday cake and other activities to mark its anniversary.

JENKINTOWN, PA —Fill A Bagel is celebrating its 30th anniversary in the borough.
Fill A Bagel will mark three decades in business at 424 Old York Rd. site with birthcake cake and other activities on Friday and Saturday.
One Friday feature is getting a prize by spinning the wheel after buying a dozen bagels while supplies last.

Fill A Bagel features “traditional” New York-style bagels, freshly made cream cheese spreads, muffins, pastries, specialty breads, a full-service deli, and gourmet La Colombe Coffees.
"We have something for everyone, don’t miss the experience," Fill A Bagel said.

Fill A Bagel is also located at the corner of Twining Road and Pennsylvania Avenue in Oreland.
Fill A Bagel is open in Jenkintown from 6:30 a.m. to 2 p.m. Monday through Friday and 7 a.m. to 1 p.m. on Saturday and Sunday.
"For two years before the opening of Fill A Bagel, Charlie and Vicki Ard ate bagels, talked about bagels, and looked at bagel shops all over the United States," its website states. "They must have checked out over 50 shops in at least 6 states. They were serious about creating the best bagel shop. Their goal was to make a great bagel, and have excellent customer service in a clean, reputable, and community-oriented shop. They wanted to set a standard by which others would model themselves."
