JENKINTOWN, PA —The Flats at Jenkintown —a new apartment and townhome community —will hold its grand opening with a ribbon-cutting ceremony on Thursday.

The ribbon-cutting ceremony takes place at 11 a.m. on Thursday after which guests can tour the complex at The Pavilion Town Center and enjoy food and drinks from local businesses in the outdoor patio and resident lounge until 2 p.m.

The complex features 50 one-bedroom apartments, 34 two-bedroom apartments, six studios, and 14 two-bedroom townhomes, according to the Galman Group's website.

Each residence features high-end finishes and designer touches. Select homes include the added luxury of a private balcony or terrace.

The pet-friendly community also offers a collection of amenities including a covered outdoor space with fire pits and grilling stations, a state-of-the-art fitness center, a yoga studio, a resident lounge, a vibrant game room, and ample parking spaces.
