Gunpoint Robbery At CVS, Abington Police Seek Suspect
Abington Police said the robbery took place at the CVS on Jenkintown Road on Saturday morning.
ABINGTON TOWNSHIP, PA — The Abington Township Police Department is seeking the suspect who involved in the gunpoint robbery at a CVS over the weekend.
Abington Police responded at 7:30 a.m. on Saturday to the CVS Pharmacy at 2622 Jenkintown Road for the report of a robbery.
Police said a man entered the store, displayed a firearm, and gave commands to an employee, who cooperated.

The man then fled the area. Police said there was no threat to the community.
"It’s always jarring when crime touches our community. It’s a reminder to always be mindful of your surroundings, regardless of where you might be," Ward 6 Commissioner Jeffrey Browne regarding the incident.
