How to Dispose of Your Christmas Tree in Abington

ABINGTON, PA -- Christmas has come and gone, and it's time to start thinking about disposing of that drying-out Christmas tree.

The between time between Christmas and New Years is when most Christmas Tree fires happen, fire officials said.

Abington Township will pick up Christmas trees from curbsides on the regular trash days beginning on the first trash day of the new year. Trees will be picked up through the end of January.
