Keswick Tavern Going Out With 'End Of Era' Bash
Patrons are reacting to the upcoming closure of the longtime Keswick Village establishment in Glenside. The bar has been sold.

GLENSIDE, PA —The longtime Keswick Tavern will be closing its doors for good next month and holding an "End of an Era" bash to mark its tenure
The family-owned establishment at 294 N. Keswick Ave. has been serving American bar food and drinks since 1994, its website states.
Glenside Local reported that the tavern has been sold and that the new owner is what owners Bill and Michelle McKeever were seeking: a seasoned restauranteur, a Glenside native, and a current resident of Keswick Village. The new owner has yet to be revealed.

A call to the tavern Wednesday by Patch said that the phone number was unavailable.
"There will never be another Bar quite like this in my opinion," said Anthony Giordano, co-owner of the Mifflin Tavern and The Patio at Horsham. "Probably the best job I ever had was bartending here for six years. Cheers to my “mentor” Billy Mck and the McKeever family. Congrats on the sale. Can’t wait until the going away bash."
