Lanes Closing On Old York Road In Abington Through Early November
Overnight alternating lane closures will accommodate PECO work on Old York Road for three weeks, according to PennDOT.
ABINGTON TOWNSHIP, PA — Old York Road in Abington Township will have a weekday lane closure through early November due to PECO work, PennDOT said.
According to PennDOT, Old York Road/Route 611 has a lane closure Monday, Oct. 23 through Friday, Nov. 10 between Old Welsh and Edge Hill roads.
Lanes will be closing on both north and southbound Old York Road overnight from 7 p.m. to 5 a.m. the following morning on weekdays.

Motorists are advised to allow extra time when traveling through or near the work areas because backups and delays will occur.
