'The Little Mermaid' Coming To Jenkintown High School

JENKINTOWN, PA —"The Little Mermaid" has entertained thousands ever since opening on Broadway in January 2008.
Alan Menken and Howard Ashman’s musical opened on Broadway on Jan. 10, 2008. It ran for 685 performances and 50 previews until it closed on Aug. 30, 2009.
And now it's coming to Jenkintown.

"The Little Mermaid" will be staged at the Kuykendall Auditorium at Jenkintown High School on Thursday through Saturday. Click here to buy tickets
The musical is based on Disdney’s animated "The Little Mermaid" and, of course, the original tale by Hans Christian Andersen, which tells of a mermaid who dreams of the world above the sea and gives up her voice to find true love.

The Jenkintown Theater Arts is pleased to present this fairy tale on the Jenkintown stage with shows at 7:30 p.m. on Thursday and Friday and at 2 p.m. and 7:30 p.m. on Saturday.
