Teacher Was Peeping Into Bathroom Stalls At Abington Retail Store: PD
A Philadelphia man is in custody after several invasion of privacy incidents over the past few months, police said.
ABINGTON TOWNSHIP, PA — A Philadelphia man has been charged after several incidents in which he allegedly peeped into the bathrooms at a township retail store, police said.
Naphis White Glover, 29, of Philadelphia, has been charged with invasion of privacy and harassment, the Abington Township Police Department said.
Abington Police Chief Patrick Molloy said that Glover is a teacher in the Philadelphia School District.

Abington Police responded on Jan. 12 to the Target at 1495 Old York Road in reference to recent incidents involving a man invading people's privacy in the men's restroom at the store.
Police said a victim reported that he observed a man repeatedly looking through a crack in the restroom stall that the victim was using on Dec. 28.

The victim stated that the man made multiple attempts at
looking directly through a small opening in the stall door at him and his intimate parts without the victim's consent, police said.
The suspect engaged in a course of conduct, which alarmed the victim, police said.
On Jan. 19, a third-party witness stated that a juvenile victim was utilizing one of the stalls in the men's restroom at the above location, police said.
At the time, the witness observed a man in another stall
look over the stall doors and began viewing the victim as he used the restroom.
When speaking with the juvenile victim, he advised police that the witness alerted him to the male that was looking at
him once he exited the stall. The victim stated that he was exposed inside of the stall at that time and did not consent to the suspect viewing his intimate parts, police said.
