Mini Golf Course Swings Into Action In Abington
Alverthorpe Park has opened for miniature golf on weekends with daily use starting on June 17.

ABINGTON TOWNSHIP, PA —It's time to tee off: Miniature golf has opened at Alverthorpe Park for the season.
Mini golf opened on weekends last Saturday with daily use starting on June 17, township officials said.
Alverthorpe Park is only open to residents of Abington Township. Visitors will be required to show proof of residency to be admitted into the park. Non-resident visitors must arrive in the same vehicle as a resident to be allowed entry.

The 18-hole miniature golf course is open from 10 a.m. to 9 p.m. for Abington residents and their guests.
Children under the age of 8 must be accompanied by an adult.

The cost is $4 per person.
The park entrance is at Jenkintown Road and Forrest Avenue in Jenkintown.
