Montco Ultramarathoner Will Run For 12 Straight Hours For Charity
A Montgomery County ultramarathoner will run for 12 straight hours on Tuesday to help raise donations for a local school.

JENKINTOWN, PA — A Montgomery County ultramarathoner will run for 12 straight hours next week to help raise donations for a local school.
Elkins Park resident and King of Prussia-based attorney Paul S. Peters is a former professor at Manor College, where he now serves on their Board of Trustees.
"I decided to offer to help Manor College...due to my different connections to Manor, and love for Manor’s mission, values, and overall impact on students and Montgomery County," Peters said.

The event will take place on Tuesday, Nov. 27 at 7 a.m. Peters, 42, will switch back and forth between two treadmills during the course of the run. He'll be joined by students, alumni, faculty, staff, and other community members to cheer him on and to run with him, the school said.
“Through this somewhat quirky effort, we are going to have a fun time bringing together our entire campus community—students, faculty, staff, alumni and friends—to celebrate what makes Manor College a great place to be while supporting one another and bringing awareness to the need for student scholarship,” the school's Director of Advancement, Kimberly Hamm, said in a statement.
