Montco Employees Get Share Of $20 Million From Company Founder
Employees will receive a letter this week with a note stating how much of the $20 million they will personally receive.

WILLOW GROVE, PA — Employees at a local business will receive an early holiday present this week.
Mark Baiada, founder of Bayada Home Health Care, will distribute $20 million to employees throughout his company, including those who work at the Montgomery County branch.
Employees will receive a letter this week with a note stating how much of the $20 million they will personally receive.

According to the company, the number will range from $50 for new employees to thousands for longtime employees.
"This gesture from Mark is a final element of Baiada’s Lasting Legacy succession plan, which will see the company transition to nonprofit in early 2019,organizers said in a statement. "This announcement is a heartfelt thank you to the employees who have helped to shape Bayada over the past 45 years."

Bayada's Montgomery County office is located on 630 Fitzwatertown Road in Willow Grove.
