More Stormwater Work to Close Lane On Susquehanna Road In Abington
Next week's work and lane closure will only occur Monday through noon Wednesday due to the Thanksgiving holiday.
ABINGTON TOWNSHIP, PA — More stormwater replacement work will affect traffic on Susquehanna Road in Abington Township next week, but not the entire week.
According to PennDOT, the work will occurred from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. Monday and Tuesday, as well as from 9 a.m. to noon on Wednesday.
The schedule is weather dependent.

Work is not planned for Thursday or Friday due to the Thanksgiving Holiday.
With the work, a lane closure is scheduled on Susquehanna Road between Colonial Avenue and Easton Road.

Drivers are advised to allow extra time when traveling through the work areas because backups and delays will occur.
