New Parking Payment System Launched In Abington
Abington Township has replaced its parking meters with ParkMobile, which went into effect on Monday.

Abington Township is transitioning from parking meters to ParkMobile to provide parking payment options. The new payment system went into effect on Monday.
The Board of Commissioners approved the adoption of Ordinance No. 2212 and the use of ParkMobile at its April 11, 2024 meeting.

ParkMobile allows users to pay for parking via their smartphone application, web browser, text, or through calling a phone number. Information on how to use ParkMobile's payment options in the Township's paid parking areas can be found below.

Township officials said residents should download the app in advance at ParkMobile.io. To view paid public parking areas in the township, how to pay and use the app, visit the township's website at www.abingtonpa.gov/parkmobile.
