North Hills Manor To Hold Groundbreaking On $17 Million Redevelopment
North Hills Manor's $17 million makeover is now complete.

NORTH HILLS, PA —North Hills Manor's $17 million makeover is now complete. The affordable rental community will hold a groundbreaking ceremony to commemorate the occasion on Monday, June 26.
The Manor, built in 1954 by the Montgomery County Housing Authority, has been providing affordable living for more than half a century.
The original Manor was demolished reconstructed from scratch. It now consists of 50, modern, brick row homes.

The redevelopment was done by Pennrose Properties under the guidance of the Housing Authority.
At the groundbreaking on Monday, at 1 p.m., several state and county leaders will be on hand, including Attorney General Josh Shapiro, U.S. Congressman Brendan Boyle, Montgomery County Commissioners Valerie Arkoosh and Ken Lawrence, and Housing Authority Director Joel Johnson.
