Old Welsh Road To Close In Abington Next Week
Old Welsh Road is scheduled to shut down next week. It could bring additional traffic to the area.
ABINGTON, PA -- Old Welsh Road is scheduled to shut down beginning October 12, the township has announced.
The road will be closed so that utility work can commence. Old Welsh will be shut down between Paper Mill Road and Huntingdon Road between 9 a.m. and 3 p.m. through December 9, according to officials.
The closure could bring additional traffic to the area. Motorists should plan ahead and consider alternative routes.
