JENKINTOWN, PA —The Jenkintown Police Department is warning residents and motorists bout PECO work taking place on Thursday.

Jenkintown Police said that PECO Gas Contractors have begun work in the borough on Wyncote Road.

The work starts on Wyncote Road starting from Washington Lane and proceeding west to Summit Avenue.

There will be daily parking restrictions on Wyncote Road beginning at 7 a.m.

Please make sure to remove your vehicle from Wyncote while construction is ongoing.

There will also be road closures on the affected adjacent and intersecting roads.

Please use caution in the area, police said.
