Police Seek Suspect In Armed Abington Robbery
Abington Police have released footage of the suspect involved in the armed robbery at the CVS in Glenside last Saturday.
ABINGTON TOWNSHIP, PA — The Abington Township Police Department is seeking the public's help in identifying the suspect involved in an armed robbery of a CVS last Saturday.
Abington Police on Wednesday posted surveillance footage of the suspect and his vehicle used in the robbery at the CVS Pharmacy at 2622 Jenkintown Road in the township's Glenside section.
Police said a man approached a CVS store employee, displayed a handgun, and forced the employee to provide access to the store’s office area.

The suspect then removed money from the safe and fled the business.
Witnesses described the suspect as a middle-aged, light-skinned Black male wearing a dark-colored hat with a white Nike logo, a blue hooded sweatshirt, olive green pants, and white sneakers. The suspect was also wearing a surgical mask and blue latex gloves.

He was last seen leaving the area in a dark colored, unknown make/model sedan.
