Psychologist to give free talk on helping moodswings
Dr Suzanne Robison will talk about DBT - dialectical behavioral therapy - helpful for a variety of emotional conditions.
Dr Robison, will speak this Saturday, November 22, from 1 until 2:30 pm, at the Giant Supermarket.
The Giant is at 315 York Road, Willow Grove, PA 19090. Enter Giant at Right of store, make quick right and take stairs or elevator to second floor.
