The School District of Philadelphia and Philadelphia Archdiocese high schools and parochial elementary schools are opening late Wednesday.

PHILADELPHIA — The School District of Philadelphia and schools in the Archdiocese of Philadelphia are opening late Wednesday due to inclement weather.
All School District of Philadelphia programs and activities, as well as the District Administrative Office, will operate on a two-hour delay Wednesday.
Late arrivals due to weather-related issues recorded Wednesday will be excused, the district said.

Archdiocesan high schools and parochial elementary schools in the suburban counties normally follow the decision of their corresponding local public school district and submit closure or late opening status independently.
