Ujima Life Services is a community-rooted mental health and wellness practice based in Cheltenham, PA. The name Ujima comes from a Swahili principle meaning collective work and responsibility, reflecting the belief that individual well-being and community well-being are deeply connected. Ujima Life Services provides individual, couples, and group counseling for adolescents and adults, along with non-clinical wellness groups and educational offerings facilitated by licensed clinicians. Services are grounded in evidence-based mental health care while honoring the whole person—mind, body, relationships, and environment.
