SEPTA Closing Byberry Road Section For 3 Days

The road closure is due to rail improvements. Find out where and when below.

PHILADELPHIA, PA —SEPTA will be closing a section of Byberry Road starting Friday for rail improvements.

Motorists are advised of the following travel restrictions:

• From 9 a.m. Friday to 8 p.m. Monday, Byberry Road is scheduled to be closed and detoured between Blakeslee Drive and Audubon Avenue.

During the closure, motorists will be directed to use Philmont Avenue and Route 532 (Bustleton Avenue).

Local access will be maintained up to the work zone.

Motorists are advised to allow extra time when traveling near the work area because backups and delays will occur.

All scheduled activities are weather-dependent.
