Stormwater Work To Force Lane Closure On Abington Road Next Week
PennDOT said ongoing stormwater infrastructure improvement work will force a lane closure on a busy Abington Township road next week.
ABINGTON TOWNSHIP, PA — A portion of Susquehanna Road in Abington Township will have a lane closure next week due to ongoing stormwater improvement work, PennDOT said.
Susquehanna Road will have the closure from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. Monday through Friday next week.
The affected portion of road is between Colonial Avenue and Easton Road.

This work is part of a $14.9 million project to improve stormwater management and facilities on more than 90 state highways across the five-county Philadelphia region.
Drivers are advised to allow extra time when traveling near or through the work areas because backups and delays will occur.
