Support Local Journalism - Attend The Cheltenham Chronicle Kickoff July 16!
The Cheltenham Chronicle Kickoff Event takes place Saturday, July 16, at 5:30PM at Gratz College: Community potluck and movie screening!

To raise awareness and funds for The Cheltenham Chronicle, it is hosting a kickoff event to bring the community together. Food, drink and entertainment are on the menu for Saturday evening, July 16, at Gratz College located at 7605 Old York Road in Melrose Park, PA. We will screen "good night, and good luck." with Oscar nominated star David Strathairn in attendance to discuss the movie, journalism on the whole, and the importance of local journalism in particular.
The Cheltenham Chronicle aims to be THE source for in-depth news, information, and analysis in Cheltenham Township, Pennsylvania. A nonprofit journalistic entity, The Chronicle will focus on delivering this news and analysis digitally in a responsible, ethical manner, strengthening the township and engaging its citizens. The Chronicle is a 501(c)(4) social welfare organization and all gifts to it are tax deductible.

Kids are welcome as we have a separate screening aimed a bit more at ages 12 and under. The Spiderwick Chronicles also stars David Strathairn. The entire event is free and open to the public.
