Author and Reverend, Manfred Bahmann describes his Nazi Youth childhood, his fleeing from Dresden at the age of 15, his awakening to the horrors of the Holocaust, and his journey as a Lutheran Pastor and theologian on three continents. Bahmann’s personal story draws you in the chaotic world of Germany as WWII looms and in a time which the youth of the generation are pulled into a spiral that eventually leads to the destruction of a people and a nation.
