Wyncote Commons Up For Sale

WYNCOTE, PA —The six properties that make up the Wyncote Commons are up for sale

LoopNet, a real estate commercial broker, said that Binswanger is exclusively representing and offering the Wyncote Commons for sale.

There was no sale price listed. The properties can't be sold individually, the listing said.

Three of the properties are offices and one is industrial.

The Commons comprises a 93,423-square-foot multi-building mixed-use property on 4.27 acres that was recently fully renovated and reinvented into an office, retail, and industrial complex that consists of 18 plus tenants.

The property also offers a 2.38-acre parking lot with potential for redevelopment, the listing states.

Although the renovation and the stabilizing of this asset have been done, there remains an upside with the potential development of the 2.38 acres, 6,795 square feet of vacancy, and a 2,000-square foot boiler building with great potential.
