Wyncote Named 'Best Suburb For Families'

Abington-area residents that decided to raise a family nearby should be pretty happy.

Wyncote has been ranked 8th among the ”Best Suburbs for Families” in the greater Philadelphia area, according to real estate-listicle website Movato.

Criteria analyzed included the quality of schools, the safety of neighborhood streets, and the ranking of the homes for sale in the area by a Movato real estate expert.

Movato had the following to say about Wyncote:

Families searching for the perfect home in Wyncote have plenty of options, including modern townhomes, spacious craftsman style homes, lovely Victorians, and sprawling Colonials.

Enjoy a family picnic by the pond in Robinson Park, or go bird watching at the George Perley Bird Sanctuary. Wyncote residents are also conveniently connected to downtown Philadelphia by SEPTA.
