Armed Ex-Cop Abducted His 2 Children: PA State Police

The two young girls are believed to be in "extreme danger," police say.

PENNSYLVANIA — An ex-police officer kidnapped his two young daughters after assaulting their mother in York County, police said.

The incident occurred on Sunday, Nov. 14 at a Windsor Township home.

Robert Vicosa, 42, also known as Robert Brown, is believed to be armed and dangerous after holding the mother of his children at gunpoint while he stole her vehicle and kidnapped her daughters, according to state police.

He took Aaminah Vicosa, 6, and Giana Vicosa, 7, with him. They are considered at "special risk for harm or injury," state police said.

Vicosa is 5 feet, 9 inches tall, weighs 180 pounds, and has brown hair and brown eyes. He was last seen wearing blue pajama pants with a penguin imprint, a green long-sleeve zip up shirt, and muck boots, according to authorities.

Police said he may be driving a 2013 black Lexus G35, with Pennsylvania plate KPK2076.
