Final Day Of Rain, Thunder In Eastern PA: See Forecast

Suburban Philly is bracing for one more round of storms before a cooler front sweeps them away.

EASTERN PA — A final day of on and off storms will hit the greater Philadelphia area on Thursday, potentially bringing flooding to areas that were also impacted by the torrential rains on Wednesday.

Some showers are possible throughout the day, with a chance of thunderstorms developing after 2 p.m., according to the forecast.

"A cold front will work its way through the area today bringing another round of isolated showers and storms," the National Weather Service said. "Behind the front are decreasing levels of humidity and clearing skies. One more day to go before comfortable weather arrives."
