Gun, Knives Seized From Bryan Kohberger's PA Home: Docs
Kohberger, who is accused of killing four University of Idaho in November, was arrested in Monroe County nearly seven weeks later.

STROUDSBURG, PA — A handgun and knives were among a list of items seized from the Pennsylvania home of Bryan Kohberger, the man accused of killing four University of Idaho in November, according to multiple reports.
Bryan Kohberger, 28, was arrested on Dec. 30 at his family's Monroe County home nearly seven weeks after four University of Idaho students — Ethan Chapin, 20, Madison Mogen, 21, Xana Kernodle, 20, and Kaylee Goncalves, 21 —were found slain in an off-campus house.
Additional court documents released Thursday showed that authorities seized a knife, a pocketknife, and a Glock 22 handgun with three empty magazines during a search of the home in December, according to a 6ABC report. Authorities also seized a cell phone and laptop.

Police took a door panel from the car, seat cushions, headrests, seatbelt, visor, brake and gas pedals, a band-aid, “maps and documents,” and other items, including clothing and a shovel, according to The Associated Press.
A cell phone, a laptop, and two containers of a “green leafy substance” were seized from the home, along with black face masks, a black hat, several articles of dark-colored clothing, and a book with “underlining on page 118.”

Previous reports revealed that law enforcement officials swabbed Kohberger's DNA and seized a silver flashlight, four "medical-style gloves," a white Arizona Jean Co. T-shirt, a black Champion sweatshirt, a pair of black-and-white size 13 Nike shoes, black Under Armour socks, black Under Armour shorts and black Under Armour boxers.
The significance of these items, if any, is not yet known.
Kohberger is charged with four counts of first-degree murder and burglary in connection with the stabbing deaths in Moscow, Idaho. Autopsies showed all four students were likely asleep when they were attacked on Nov. 13. Some had defensive wounds and each was stabbed multiple times.
A slew of details, including descriptions of events on the night of the murders from surviving roommates of the victims, were revealed after Kohberger arrived in Idaho on Jan. 4, prompting the probable cause affidavit to be unsealed. However, authorities have not yet discussed a possible motive.
In their search of Kohberger's apartment in Washington State—where he was a doctoral student at Washington State University—investigators seized stained bedding, strands of what looked like hair, and a single glove, but no weapon, according to documents released in January.
Kohberger's preliminary hearing is scheduled for late June and he has yet to enter a plea.
