PA Baby Dies After Being Run Over By Loaded Grain Wagon: Police
Police said the 18-month-old's death was an accident, and that a family member did not see the child behind the wagon.
CLINTON COUNTY, PA — An 18-month-old child died in what officials are calling an accident, after a family member ran them over with a loaded feed wagon.
Police in Mill Hall Borough, Clinton County said the child was behind the rear wheel of the wagon and the machine operator did not see them when they backed up, hitting the child and causing severe injuries.
The child died on the scene from their injuries after emergency personnel tried to resuscitate them, said police.

The accident happened on April 5 around 4:33 p.m. on East End Mountain Road in Lamar Township, said Mill Hall Borough police.
The wagon operator "was backing up a loaded feed wagon using a skidloader to push the wagon backward," said police. "The machine operator didn't see (the) child behind the rear wheel of the wagon resulting in the child being struck."

Officials did not identify the child by name or gender, and no charges have been filed.
