PA Man Shoots At Little Caesars Employees Over Anger With Order: Cops
The man brought a gun and brass knuckles into the store, police said.
EAST STROUDSBURG, PA — A man fired shots at Little Caesars employees in Pennsylvania last week over frustration with his order, police said.
The incident occurred on Dec. 16 some time before 9 p.m at the Little Caesars on Washington Street in East Stroudsburg.
Police said that William Pabon, 37, of Stroudsburg, had called the restaurant twice prior to his arrival to complain about not receiving his order, and to ask for the address of the pizza shop. He brought his gun and brass knuckles with him.

When he arrived in person, Pabon started arguing with the manager, taking his handgun out while yelling and moving to go behind the counter, according to authorities.
The manager moved to intercept him, and that's when Pabon fired a shot down at the ground, hitting the manager's shoe but missing his foot, police said.

Pabon then tried to get the manager to fight him outside, but the manager refused, according to authorities.
Pabon went out to his car and sat in it, but when he saw the manager watching him from the window, he got out, police said. Police arrived on the scene just then, and took Pabon into custody.
Video surveillance confirmed what Little Caesars employees had told police, officials said.
Pabon also did not have a license to carry a concealed firearm.
Pabon faces a litany of charges, including attempted criminal homicide, aggravated assault, terroristic threats, simple assault, recklessly endangering another person, firearms counts, and more.
He was booked at Monroe County Correction Facility where he is being held without bail.
A preliminary hearing is forthcoming.
