CUMBERLAND COUNTY, PA — A Cumberland County woman is facing numerous charges after a report said she stabbed her boyfriend and accused him of cheating and having sex with her mother.

Briana M. Dantzler, 21, of Mount Holly Springs, was charged with attempted homicide, aggravated assault and possession of an instrument of a crime following the Monday incident, according to online court records.

On Monday morning, police were called to the South Middleton Township apartment Dantzler shared with her mother after the pair got into an argument and Dantzler told her mother she planned to accuse her of having sex with Dantzler's boyfriend, according to a PennLive.com report citing an arrest affidavit.

The court documents said Dantzler then grabbed a knife and stabbed her boyfriend in the chest and near his right eye, PennLive.com reported.

According to the report, Dantzler later told Pennsylvania State Police she stabbed her boyfriend because she thought she saw him having sex with her mother in the apartment's bathroom.

Dantzler is currently being held without bail. A preliminary hearing is scheduled for Oct. 11.
