PA's Best Mexican Food Is At This Restaurant, New List Says
Cooking website LoveFood.com sorted through user reviews and accolades to determine which PA Mexican restaurant is best.
PENNSYLVANIA — When it comes to indulging in south-of-the-border cuisine in Pennsylvania, the best eats can be found at Blue Corn Mexican Restaurant and Bar in Philadelphia, according to a new list.
To compile a new feature showcasing the best Mexican restaurants in each state, cooking website LoveFood.com sorted through user reviews, awards, and accolades to determine which eatery residents flock to for their fix of tacos, fajitas, and guacamole. They also took the first-hand experiences of employees into account when making the list.
According to the list, Blue Corn Mexican Restaurant and Bar is worth the stop in Pennsylvania.

Family-owned and operated, the restaurant was established in 2014 and aims to show its customers "real Mexican food" through its authentic menus, according to the list.
"Highlights include the huarache Azteca (cactus topped with mushrooms, cheese and pico de gallo) and ceviche de pulpo, an octopus ceviche with pico de gallo and avocado," the staff at LoveFood.com wrote.

Online reviews also appear to sing Blue Corn's praises and often mention their al pastor tacos, sea bass ceviche and gorditas.
"I could give five stars alone for Blue Corn being the first stop of our epic South Philly Taco Crawl! But in essence, I give it because it's the perfect classic taqueria with all kinds of local neighborhood charm and a good bar on top!" one Yelp reviewer raved.
"One of Philly's best hidden gems," another wrote. "A quaint and family-owned restaurant that gives excellent service and serves up authentic Mexican cuisine."
