1. Authorities announced they've dismantled a a bicoastal trafficking organization, that shipped millions of dollars in deadly drugs from Los Angeles to southeastern Pennsylvania. 2. Two men armed with semi-automatic handguns approached a Newtown resident Monday night and forced him to hand over his watch, police said. The suspects possibly fled in a dark-colored car with no license plate attached, according to officials. (Read more on Patch.)

3. Officials said they would temporarily cover up a memorial to Ukrainian Nazi collaborators at a Catholic cemetery in Montgomery County. The memorial came to attention over the past few weeks, with Jewish organizations calling for it to be removed from the cemetery. (Read more on Patch.)
