Pregnant Amish Woman Found Dead In PA Home: Police
Police are investigating the killing of 23-year-old Rebekah Byler of Crawford County as a homicide, state authorities said.

CRAWFORD COUNTY, PA — A pregnant Amish woman was found dead earlier this week in her northwest Pennsylvania home, and state authorities are investigating her death as a homicide, according to officials and reports.
Rebekah Byler, 23, was found dead Monday inside a home on Fish Flats Road in Sparta Township, located in Crawford County. Police were called to the home shortly before 12:30 p.m. after a relative and a family friend returned and discovered Byler's body, Pennsylvania State Police Lt. Mark Weindorf told the Erie Times-News.
Byler was home alone with two young children when she died, Weindorf told the Times-News. The children were uninjured.

According to KDKA-TV's Jennifer Borrasso, Byler was pregnant at the time of her death.
Pennsylvania State Police did not say how Byler died, but said they are "aggressively investigating all available leads."

Police had no suspects as of Thursday afternoon.
