Toddler Found Dead In Trailer At PA Campground: Reports

LANCASTER COUNTY, PA — A 3-year-old boy was found dead at a campground in Lancaster County on Friday following a report of a "firearm-related injury," the county coroner's office said, according to multiple reports.

Authorities were called to the 900 block of River Road in Martic Township to find the little boy fatally wounded inside a travel trailer parked at the campground, WHTM reported.

Officials didn't say where the gunshot wound was on the boy's body, according to FOX43.

The coroner's office said that a preliminary investigation revealed no suspicious circumstances, WHTM reported.
