According to an Action News report and police, Jackson had a chainsaw, sledgehammer, and axe and threatened the women with the weapons. He also allegedly raped two of the women and told them if they didn't have sex with him, he would cut off one of their body parts, according to police and a WNEP-TV report.
On Tuesday, reports said Jackson and Rogers-Keeney took the women to another property owned by Jackson in Pen Argyl. Once there, one of the victims was given her cell phone, which she used to call her mother.
After the mother called police, state troopers tracked the suspects to a Walmart in Mount Pocono, where they were arrested, police confirmed.
Jackson and Rogers-Keeney were arraigned Wednesday morning and denied bail, according to court records.
