1 Dead After Major Crash On I-476 In Montgomery County
The northbound lanes of the highway were shut down for hours Thursday morning.
WHITPAIN TOWNSHIP, PA — One person is dead after a vehicle crashed into a construction zone on I--476 in Montgomery County Thursday morning.
The incident occurred in Whitpain Township just after 2 a.m., authorities said.
The victim has been identified by CBS Philadelphia as Conshohocken resident Josh Adens, 28.

The northbound lanes were shut down between Mid-County Exit #20 and Lansdale Exit #31 for several hours, with detours taking drivers off the roadway. The road reopened shortly before 6 a.m.
No other injuries have been reported.
