50 Ways To Celebrate Super Bowl 50 In Montgomery County
A local tourism board has created an exhaustive list of what the area has to offer.

KING OF PRUSSIA, PA — What better way to celebrate Super Bowl 50 than with a list of 50 things to do before kickoff on Sunday night?
The Valley Forge Tourism & Convention Board has created the list of 50 things to do, see, taste or experience before kickoff time at 6:30 p.m. on Sunday.
The exhaustive list – which includes theatrical performances, historical tours, dining options, museum visits and plenty of wintertime outdoor adventure – was released as part of the organization’s blog, The Pursuit.

“The Thursday edition of our blog is usually a look-ahead to the approaching weekend,” said VFTCB President and CEO Mike Bowman in a statement. “I challenged our staff to really blow it out for this edition. Usually, we recommend seven or eight things to do. I told them I wanted 50. And they dug deep and scored big.”
Highlighting wintertime tourism options is the foundation of the VFTCB’s current winter promotion, which culminates in a giveaway of prizes designed to get visitors to connect with the area. The winner – to be chosen during the three-day weekend of Valentine’s Day/President’s Day – receives certificates for adventures such as a ride on the Colebrookdale Railroad, a $500 shopping excursion at King of Prussia Mall and a vintage sleigh ride across a snowy landscape in Trappe, Pa. Entries are through the organization’s website, valleyforge.org.
